TJ and Jake Story

Hi. Here's another story I made on deviantart!

"Let's go to the library for a second." Jake said.

"Why?" Jasmine asked.

"I forgot to return this manga." Jake said.

"How did you forget?" Jasmine asked.

"I dunno." When they got there, they noticed TJ sitting at a table reading.

"Hi TJ." Jasmine greeted. TJ looked up and saw them. She grabbed her stuff and ran.

"What's wrong with her?" Jasmine asked.

"I don't know." Jake replied.

TJ sat in the cafeteria drawing a picture. She noticed Jake and a few of his friends walking over. She grabbed her stuff and went to another table.

"Where is she going?" Jake thought.

"Hmm. Maybe I'll go see what Brandon's up to." Jake said as he was leaving another friend's house. He looked at his watch.

"It's getting late." Jake sighed and continued walking. As he walked by the park, he noticed someone still there reading. He looked closer and noticed who it was.

"TJ." She jumped when she heard her name. TJ looked up to see who it was.

"Hi Jake." She said shyly.

"What are you doing here?" Jake asked.

"I was finishing my manga." TJ replied.

"It's getting late. You should go home." Jake said and started walking towards her.

"N-No! Stay back." TJ said.

"Why? What's wrong?" Jake asked.

"I'm fine. Shouldn't you be home or with Jasmine? She is your girlfriend after all…"

"Yeah, but you should go home too." Jake said. He continued to walk toward her.

"Don't come over here! Please…" TJ said.

"What's wrong?" Jake asked again.

"Nothing. Nothing's wrong." TJ replied.

"Ok." Jake walked up to her.

"No! Leave me alone!" TJ screamed.

"Then tell me what's wrong." Jake replied.

"I already told you I'm fine." TJ said. She tried to walk away, but Jake grabbed her arm.

"H-Hey! Let me go!" TJ said.

"Something's wrong. Please tell me."

"I told you nothing's wrong!" She tried to break free, but Jake held her tight.

"Jake! Stop it! Let me go!" TJ said. He held her tighter. TJ began to cry. Jake hugged her.

"Please tell me what's wrong." Jake said.

"Please don't hug me." TJ said as she cried.

"Why? Friends can't hug each other?" He asked.

"What if your girlfriend saw us together? She might think you're cheating on her." TJ said.

"No she wouldn't." Jake said and tried to comfort her.

"… I wish I got the chance to tell you.." TJ finally said.

"Tell me what?" Jake asked.

"… That I loved you." TJ said. Jake was silent.

"What?" He finally said.

"I was afraid of confessing. I had a crush on you before, but you had a girlfriend. Then I ended up falling in love with you. I was going to tell you, but then I found out you had another girlfriend. Every time I saw you I left so that I wouldn't cry." TJ said.

"TJ I-"

"Jake. Please let me go." She noticed it was starting to rain and wore her hood.

"I should be used to guys hurting me. I'm better off alone."

"I'm sorry." He said.

"It's too late. Goodbye Jake." TJ grabbed her stuff and left.
