Another TJ Story

I hope this story is good

"Please stop staring at me." TJ thought. She was in her English class and felt a few kids staring at her.

"What's wrong with her?" She heard someone say. TJ started shaking and felt dizzy.

"I'm having another panic attack." TJ told her cousin.

"TJ, calm down. It's going to be alright." Tiana replied.

"Tia, I told you saying that doesn't help me! It only makes my panic attack worse." TJ said.

"Sorry." Tia said and tried to comfort her cousin.

TJ sat in the cafeteria by herself. Tia didn't go to lunch the same time as her and Jasmine and Jake graduated last year.

"I hate this school." TJ whispered. She looked up and saw the group of guys that bullied her and Tia walk over to her.

"Hey TJ." One of the guys said.

"Leave me alone." TJ whispered.

"Where's your fat cousin?"

"She's not fat." TJ said.

"Yes she is. But you're even fatter" Another guy said.

"No I'm not. Shut up!" TJ said, trying to hold back her tears.

"Stop messing with her Malik. I think she's about to cry." One of the guys laughed.

"No I'm not." TJ replied. She screamed when Malik poured his drink on her. TJ ran to the bathroom, still hearing everyone laugh.

"I really hate this school!" TJ said and cried.

"I don't wanna go back!" TJ told her mother.

"I'm sorry but you have to. If we try putting you in another school, you're gonna be around new people and I know you won't handle it." Her mother said.

"Why can't I be homeschooled?" TJ asked.

"Because I want you to interact with people." Her mother replied.

"But I hate people." TJ thought.

Tia went to school for the rest of the week, but noticed TJ wasn't there. She went to school again and weeks later, TJ still hasn't been to school.

"I hope she's alright." After school, Tia went over to TJ's house.

"TJ? Are you there?" Tia said, knocking on the door. A few minutes later, TJ opened the door.

"Tia, what are you doing here?" TJ asked.

"Can I come in?" Tia asked. TJ sighed and let her in.

"Why haven't you been in school? Are you alright?" Tia asked.

"No one told you?" TJ asked.

"Told me what?"

"I dropped out." TJ said.

"WHAT?! Why? You only had one year left!" Tia said.

"I hate that school and the people that go there except you. And my anxiety will only get worse." TJ replied.

"But you have to go to school. Can't your mother let you be homeschooled?"

"She won't because she wants me to interact with people." TJ said.

"So what are you going to do now?" Tia asked.

"Nothing. Stay home I guess. TJ replied.

"You're not gonna get a job?"

"Nope." TJ said.

"TJ, you can't stay home and do nothing. I don't like people either but I have to go to school."

"People make my anxiety worse." TJ said.

"Maybe you should see a psychologist. The one I go to is really nice." Tia said.

"I don't need to talk to anyone." TJ said.

"But if you get help your anxiety will go away." Tia said.

"No it won't." TJ said.

"Yes it will." Tia said.

"No Tia. I don't like talking to people." Tia sighed.

"Fine."
