Hello. My name is Utane Uta, or you can call me Defoko. I am the default voice of UTAU. My master just downloaded the program a few days ago. I can't wait to sing for master!

For some reason, master can't make me sing. Maybe it's because I can only sing in hirigana. I wonder If I'll be able to sing. Master stopped using the program for awhile. It's kinda lonely without master. I guess I'll take a nap.

It's been a month since master hasn't used UTAU. One day, I heard my master talk about a new UTAU. Her name is Fujioka Ayano. I wonder who that is.

The next day I got to meet her. She's 12 years old. Master can make her sing, since she can sing in romaji. I wish I could sing with her. Two weeks later, I met some more UTAUs, Kasane Teto, Momone Momo, Namine Ritsu, Lumasi, and Ann. I really want to sing.

My master has finally found a way to make me sing! I'm so happy. My master is looking for a song for me to sing. I can't wait! Finally, my master found a song for me to sing. I'm going to sing "Meltdown."

"That was… ok." My master said when I finished singing.

Ok? Just ok? I sighed and listend to Teto sing the song.

"She sounds amazing!" My master said when Teto was finished.

Why does master like Teto's cover of the song than mine? Is it because my voice is… 100% machine synthesized?

Master began to use UTAU more and made lots of UTAUs sing, except for me. I think master has forgotten about me. I'm starting to feel lonely again. I just sit and listen to the other UTAUloids sing. Master won't let me sing anymore. I guess master just thinks of me as the default voice of UTAU. Maybe one day, I'll be able to sing again
